Rock Snot, Mexican Bamboo and Eurasian Milfoil 

No, these are not popular music groups, they are invasive plants that we all need to learn to recognize as a first step to managing their spread.
 
"Invasive" refers to plants that are visitors from another part of the world that are very enthusiastically reproducing in our area, causing problems in many ways.  They do what plants do, they just do it extremely well and have few, if any, predators or natural controls.
